Latest Development of Clem's Painting

Couldn't paint Clem this week, but here is the progress so far. It's finally getting to the point where it's painting itself a bit - watch now that I say that, it'll fall apart.  

This is Clem, he works in security.  I paint him in the hallway in front of my studio.  We've put about 10 hours into it so far.  Clem is incredibly low-key and sits for me about once on week.  He's a very matter-of-fact guy and I'm happy to see that the painting has the same feel.
